About The Event

Energy has been the engine of the nations. This has led to the continuous demand for energy for transportation, industrial use, agriculture and buildings. Energy for transportation is mainly derived from oil. Electricity for various purposes is derived from varied sources like fossil fuels, nuclear power, hydro, solar or renewable energy. For sustainable energy production and use, better monitoring and control systems are required. This leads to the development of better and efficient grids. This drives energy sector for life cycle assessment of energy processes and proper selection and implementation of energy systems. Along with this, environmental challenges and storage of energy systems plays an important role. These aspects will be addressed and discussed briefly in this conference. Theconference will cover various topics around the theme like Petroleum fuels, Biofuels, Solar energy, Hydrogen storage and Biomass gasification, water purification and environmental challenges. As a mark of respect to the legend, Shri. Dhirubhai Ambani, IIChE celebrates the December 28, the birthday of Shri.
